Outfit. Soon.

Soon I'll be changing military style jackets for pastel colored blazers and over the knees boots
for ballerina flats. But I won't be changing my cup of coffee. Except for a larger cup of coffee.

bracelets New Look and Cruciani.

Brand love: NYX

 Photos by me.

A balanced and nourished skin is a perfect base for any make up, so after sharing parts of my daily skincare with you (here and here) I am devoting a new post to make up. Actually, to my last year's biggest discovery when it comes to make up brands.

NYX is a Los Angeles based company who has brought a little piece of sunny California to my country too about a half year ago. I was immediately intrigued by their wide range of professional make up and the excellent reviews it was getting and it wasn't long before it started taking over my make up collection. Today I'm sharing with you just some of the products I am currently using, but if you would like to see more visit NYXCosmetics.

Bronzer & Blusher Combo - The "Marbella" combination seemed like the perfect choice of light peachy pink matte blush and
light brown bronzer with a hint of glitter in it. While I was right about the blush and have been wearing it continuously, this bronzer
turned out to be a little bit dark for winter months. But I am sure I will wear it a lot during springtime and, especially, summertime
and get that perfect sun-kissed glow we all aspire to.

Rouge Cream Blush - The perfect on-the-go type of blush in shade "natural" which I can quickly apply with my fingertips
whenever I need a little color on my cheeks. I also find it to work well as a base for powder blush, making it brighter, more
pigmented and more lasting.

Jumbo Eye Pencil -  Creamy, pigmented and long lasting eye pencil that can be worn either as a base for eyeshadow, an eyeshadow or the eye pencil. The shade I have is "sparkle nude" and it goes well with almost all of the neutral eye shadow colors I love.

Wonder Pencil - Speaking of multi-tasking products, I have to mention this pencil in the shade "light". I mostly use it for my waterline but when needed, it works just as well as the highlighter underneath the brows or a concealer to any blemish that might pop up.

HD Eye Shadow Base - Whether I need to make my eyeshadow color more enhanced, crease free and long lasting, or I just need to  even out and smooth the skin on my eyelids, I always reach out for eye shadow primers. What drawn me to this NYX one was the fact that it has a great reviews and is even considered a dupe for the well known Urban Decay Primer Potion. It comes in a nude shade that has to be let to set for a minute or two before applying an eyeshadow, and makes it look flawless all day long.

Dewy Finish Setting Spray - Perfect product to prevent my foundation and powder from looking too cakey on my dry skin, and to prolong the wear of my make up.

Considering that I've been loving their products so far, NYX will definitely be my first choice when I start updating my make up
necessities for the upcoming season, with the lipstick and lip butters being at the top of the list. Have you used NYX make up?

Sunday wishlist: spring jackets.

Winter outwear may still be hanging in my closet but already I am more than willing to replace it with spring coats and jackets. Sure, there are some pieces from the previous seasons that I already own and can wear over and over, but finding some new ones is always very mood and inspiration boosting. What I have in mind now is - lightweight, black & white, floral; and the items I've found on Persunmall.com tick all these boxes.

This Black And White Zebra Print Coat (here) immediately caught my eye, especially because it resembles more to the horizontal stripes than the actual animal print. Nevertheless, it is such a great statement piece and the best way to let it stand out is to combine them with a simple and basic pieces such as a white blouse, skinny jeans and a pair of high heels.

Spring fashion cannot go without the floral print, right? And neither can my spring wishlist without this Floral Print Coat (here).

Maybe my favorite piece among these is the Black And White Zipper Jacket (here)! I would definitely wear with a simple white vest and black leather look trousers and add a little pop of color in a form of a lipstick, nail polish or a clutch bag.

Hope this post will give a little inspiration to you too, and if you have some ideas how you would style these pieces yourself I would love to hear them in the comments below! Or maybe you would like to browse the website to find your own favorites? Go ahead!

Have a nice weekend!

Winter skin savior

Photos by me.

Winter is still not over yet, and my dry skin lets me know that by still needing an additional nourishment and moisture. When I bought this Vitamin E Sink-in Moisture Mask from The Body Shop my initial plan was to use it just as recommended and that is to apply a thick layer on my face, let it sink in and remove it after ten minutes. But for my skin that was acting more drier and sensitive than usual that simply wasn't enough, and it was when I started using it as an overnight mask that I have seen the difference. Almost every night I would generously apply it on my face, neck and chest area without feeling it to be too heavy or greasy, and then wash it off in the morning. The more I use it as an overnight mask, the more soft and dewy looking my skin gets, so this was a perfect product to help me get through the colder months, get my skin in the balance and start preparing it for the spring.

Hope you have a good start of the week and hope you would share your favorite products in the comments below!

Outfit. Sneakers.

Me and sneakers have never quite worked. Don't get me wrong, I do mostly opt for flat and comfortable pair of shoes, but could have never seen myself in sneakers. Until I bumped into these Bershka ones. The ones that have the black and white leopard print and match the print of my favorite cardigan. The ones that can perfectly complete what is probably the most casual outfit I am able to pull off. Turned out, with these I could get along pretty well.

Wearing: cardigan Stradivarius; scarf Zara; sweater and sneakers Bershka
bag and pants New Yorker.

Instalove.

The only thing I love more that having a cup of coffee is browsing Instagram photos while having a cup of coffee. If I'm not updating my own profile here, I love discovering talented people who have turned Instagram photos into an art form. Today I'm sharing with you another pick of my favorite ones, who I'm sure will make you press the "follow" button too. A little bit of food, a little bit of fashion and, of course, a little bit of Paris - all captured in an adorable square format.

@farfelueparis - one of these profiles that are providing my daily Paris fix, with photos of
well knows sights as well as the hidden corners of this beautiful city.

@laurielauriane - another Parisienne who makes me go "aaaww" not by the bits and pieces of Paris
(although she shares beautiful ones too) but of her adorable fluffy cat.

@lolypopp3 - luckily, you can't gain weight by looking at photos of delicious food because the profile
of my fellow Montenegrian would put you in a serious trouble. Just kidding, she can sweeten up your day
with her irresistible pastries followed by a good old cup of coffee.

@kate_morozova - blogger and food photographer who I have recently started following, but who have
quickly made it to my favorites because of these pretty breakfast table sets I have a serious weakness for.

@raspberrynrouge - a fashion blogger from Amsterdam with an amazing sense of style and photography.

I heart.

1. Notebooks: Despite all the modern gadgets and apps, I always rely on a good old pen and paper for writing and organizing my thoughts and plans. Crossing things off your to-do lists is always a great satisfaction and having a cute little notebooks and/or planners to write them all down is definitely more motivating.

2. Bourjois Loose Powder: A product that has finally put an end to my search for a perfect everyday setting powder. Unlike most of the powders I've tried that were too mattifying or drying for me, this Bourjois one gives me just the natural finish I am looking for, and its shade 02 rosy is a perfect match to the pink undertones of my skin.

3. L'Oreal Nail Polish: Macaron noisette is my favorite nude shade I always come back to whenever I want to take a break from dark and bold colors. I absolutely love its peachy undertones with subtle shimmers and I don't mind putting three coats to make it completely opaque on my nails.

4. Nuxe Reve De Miel Nail And Hand Cream: Besides my lips and eyes area, it is my hands that are in need of an extra moisture during winter months and that's when Nuxe comes to the rescue. This avocado and sweet almond based hand cream is beautifully scented and lightweight, and does not leave any greasy residue. I carry it around with me when my hands and nails are in a need of nourishment and protection.
